Workplace Fire Safety In England and Wales is covered by The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. As with most workplace activities, this means that the employer needs to prepare a fire safety risk assessment. This will include all of the points identified in this session, and it should be written down, shared with staff and reviewed on a regular basis.
